The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR Part FAR 8.405-(6)(b) items peculiar to one manufacturer. The proposed source is Olympus America, Inc. of 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034. Naval Medical Center San Diego has a requirement for endoscopy equipment: one (1) endoscope, gastrointestinal tract, upper tract, video/ultrasound [25-503], nine (9) gastroscopes, flexible video [17-663], five (5) colonoscopes, video [17-665], one (1) duodenoscope, video [17-654], and four (4) video systems, endoscopic [15-967]
