The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center (SILC) is procuring Housing Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) in Cape May, NJ.  This requirement will be a Competitive 8(a) set-aside.  The total contract value is estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.  The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Housing Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Cape May, NJ.
