The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to perform flooring (Carpet and Vinyl Composite Tile) replacement in various rooms within buildings 409 and 3420 on Goodfellow AFB per statement of work. The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000.
