The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912QR18R0054 for the Marseilles Wind Turbine Project.
The project contains options such as: 1) all work, materials, and labor required to design and construct the HVAC Controls Upgrade in Billet Buildings A, B, C, D, Armory, and Headquarters; 2) all work, materials and labor required to design and construct the addition of occupancy sensors and replace the exterior wallpack lighting in Billet Bldgs A, B, C, D, Armory and Headquarters; and 3) all work, materials, and labor required to design and construct the replacement of parking lot fixtures for Billet Buildings A, B, C, D, Armory, and Headquarters. The Contract Duration is 365 calendar days from Contract Award.
