Replace Steam Boiler System; Project Number JBSF18-0033. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, demolition and removal necessary for the install of a 150 HP steam boiler, deaerator, blow down separator, reverse osmosis and water softener system. Contractor shall remove mechanical room doors, door frame and adjacent mechanical room wall as necessary to remove the existing/install the new boiler system, followed by repairs to the altered structure upon completion of installation.
