The Norfolk District, Corps of Engineers is conducting Market Research to identify potential Sources for the Decommission Electrical Lines project at DLA / DSCR, Chesterfield County, Richmond, Virginia. Approximately 3.2 miles of existing primary electrical feeders have been identified which are currently underutilized or will become underutilized as base renovations move forward.
