This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of performing HVAC Repairs in Station Building at the US Coast Station Hatteras Inlet, Hatteras, NC. Major work items include: Mess Deck Air Handler; Comms/Vestibule Air Handler; Galley Range Exhaust and Make-up Air Fan; Hallway Air Handler; Miscellaneous Interior Finishes; Replace interior galley door hardware; Remove and replace approximately twenty water damaged ceiling tiles, etc. The procurement estimate is between $25 Thousand and $100 Thousand. The NAICS for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15M. At a minimum, the prime contractor will be required to perform 25 percent of the cost of the contract with its own employees (not including cost of materials).
