The contractor shall provide labor, service, equipment and materials for the cleaning of bilges aboard ten (10) Patrol Coastal (PC) ships located in the Naval Support Activity (NSA), Bahrain. Bilge cleaning services shall be limited to the 10 PC ships located at Naval Support Activity Bahrain.
