The Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, Resources and Programs Agency, Directorate of Equal Employment Opportunity (DEEO) promote a civilian workforce that is reflective of our nation's diversity. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform court reporting services for Fact Finding Conferences (FCC), Depositions, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Administrative Judge Hearings or other proceedings given under oath or affirmation. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.
