The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Rotery-Mass Converter. This requirement is sole sourced to FCX Systems, Inc. 400 FCX Lane, Morgantown, WV 2650. This equipment will be used with other existing units manufactured by FCX. In order to support the range facilities, we require all equipment be compatible with the existing FCX equipment already in use.
