The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Vaccine Research Center (VCR)/ Vaccine Production Program Laboratory (VPPL) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Infors USA Inc., 9070 Junction Dr., Annapolis Junction, MD 20701-1141 to procure Infors Incubator Equipment Maintenance.
