The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has the urgent need to procure blue or black plastic sheeting. This request is in support of disaster operations in the Caribbean. The immediate need is for 60,000 rolls of sheeting to be delivered no later than October 6, 2017 to Cargus, Puerto Rico.
