The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement to furnish one (1) roof top, packaged air handling unit. The new unit will replace an existing roof top unit (RTU) and a roof curb also. The unit and curb shall not weigh more than 5,400 pounds in order for the roof to support it. The unit will have the following features; DX with electric heat, 208V, 3phase, with DDC controls, air flow 8,200 CFM, cooling capacity 348,500 BTU/h. The Contractor shall also provide initial training to Government maintenance personnel and commission the RTU.
