Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for transit cases in accordance with NSWC Crane Statement of Work and NAVAIR drawings. 

The contract will cover a four-year period and will be issued as a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The minimum IDIQ award quantity is 75 with a maximum award quantity of 800 over the four year period. This is a commercial item and FAR Part 13/13.5 procedures will be utilized for this procurement. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202 (a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-17-T-0074 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. 

The applicable NAICS Classification is 326199 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery is anticipated to be FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination, within 90 days after issuance of delivery order. This procurement is being solicited on a 100% small business set aside basis. In addition, only businesses that have completed form DD 2345, and are certified under the Joint Certification Program, are authorized to receive the technical data package.
