The objective of this initiative is to provide End User IT Operations Services, System and Network Administration, and Information Assurance/Support to all DLA users/customers in a geographic area.  This service/support will be focused primarily on the users that are located in the Pacific Region area and may be defined to a subset of that region – see attachment 1 for specific locations. The Contractor shall ensure that all customers, whether in the defined service area, Teleworking, working remotely, or at another duty location receive the same high quality service and support. This effort shall continue to promote commonality of function and administration.
