This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603-Streamline Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.


This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract to provide National Electrical Code (2014 Edition) and Electrical Safety for Inspectors training for the Third Platoon, Charlie Company, 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power). The NAICS code used is 611519 (Other Technical and Trade Schools) with a small business size standard of $15 Million. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Please refer to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
