The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the repairs to the Chimney and Penthouse Wall at the Burlington Federal Building.  The project is to include but not limited to the following:

*  Removal, repair, and reinstallation of approximately 15' fo the top of the chimney's brick.
*  Stainless Steel Hood Assembly corrections.
*  Staging, blocking, fall protection.
*  Repair to wall area at roof access.

A pre-posal site visit conference is tentatively scheduled for 5/16/16 @ 11:00 am at the site, 11 Elmwood Avenue, Burlington, VT.
