Construction of Buildings Needed

This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Anticipated award date: 5 days after close of solicitation.
Quotes are to be received no later than 2:30pm on 25 May 2016. Email quotations (preferred) will be accepted to crystal.d.life@fletc.dhs.gov.


Wage determination: General Decision Number: GA 160172 dated 01/08/2016.


Scope of Work: Perform all work in accordance with IBC 2012, contract drawings, specifications, reference documents and contract provisions. Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the following work: Assemble partition walls within an existing finished room.
Performance period: Work is expected to commence NLT 15 days after award is made, this time is allotted to ensure proper access to the FLETC with completion within 30 days.


Site visit is scheduled for 2 May, 2016 at 1:pm. Contractors should contact the contracting officer via email to be added to the visitors list for access.

PROJECT RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000


Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The contractors SAM registration must in in an "ACTIVE" status prior to award. Also, the listed NAICS code must be listed on their SAM registration
