THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation EA-133W-16-RQ-0363 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87.
	
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Sterling Field Support Center, Sterling, Virginia, requires Delivery of Hydrogen gas Cradles. The required delivery date is May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017 with four three (3) month option periods.  Monthly cost shall include:
