ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for R&D Services to support three critical areas within the Polymers & Undersea Sensors Branch: Elastomer/Epoxy Materials; Alternate Ceramic Materials; Rapid Additive Manufacturing. A variety of specialized support is desired within each of the three critical material areas supporting naval sonars, transducers, seals/grommets, and power/communication cabling applications. Contractors may choose to support one, two or all three of the critical support areas.
The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination.
