This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a full and open competition and the Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order will result from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal.
