This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 


The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-86. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562213 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million.  This requirement is a Small Business set-aside.


The requirement is as follows:


Base Year: April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017

Option Period #3: April 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020

Bid must be good for 90 calendar days after close of solicitation.
