This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation Number W912HZ-16-T-6022 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a commercial purchase. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 811219 with a size standard of $20,500,000.00. The ERDC requires Agilent High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) maintenance services as described in the document entitled "Performance Work Statement".

Offerors are required to submit Technical Data on the items quoted.

Award shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offers that meet or exceed the acceptability standards for non-price factors.
