Service Level Categories

1.1 All Service Level compliance will be determined based on information from HP Service Manager. 
 
1.2 The Service Levels set forth in this attachment have been developed based on Senate IT Support Standards.  The Service Level data for Help Desk Support and Maintenance will be calculated monthly (CSS and the optional Scheduling module will be calculated separately); Service Level data for Office Support satisfaction will be calculated quarterly. All Service Levels are subject to the provisions of Section H.18 of the Contract.

1.3 All products, services, and functionality procured under this Contract shall be subject to the Service Level Agreement, as identified herein.

1.4 Contractor incentives and penalties are not applicable for the Scheduling module.
