The Airborne Transmitter Program has been initiated to design, develop and produce an airborne transmitter that can emit in two frequency bands.  The Dual-Band Transmitter Power Supply (DBTPS) is a component of that system, accepting high-voltage power from an input power line and converting it to DC voltages powering the other components.
