RFQ SPM4A8-16-Q-0056; Procurement of ONE (1) NON-FERROUS PLATE CUTTING SAW machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-12-1055 dated January 11, 2016. The contractor shall provide One (1) Non-Ferrous Plate Cutting Saw, IUID, Technical Data, Chip Collection System, Six (6) Blade Package, Rigging, Training and Shipping. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract.  Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175a shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 126 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 29, 2015.
