Multiple Industrial Compressed Gas & Cylinder National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for a Long Term Contract (LTC) / Strategic Contract.


 


This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the following operational platforms:  Industrial Compressed Gas & Cylinder service to the European Theatre.  A total of 48 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort.  It is anticipated that 48 NSNs will be priced for the initial contract award.  The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. 

The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.  This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort.  The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity type. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action.  If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.


This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used.  DLA will award a single contract for this action.  The solicitation was posted on DIBBS on January 5th, 2016.  The DIBBS Link can be found below.
