Request for Quotation P16PS00355. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued separately from this combined synopsis solicitation package. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85-1/01-04-2016. This acquisition is Full and Open. The associated NAICS code is 562111, Garbage Collection Service, with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming is in the best interest of the Government. All interested contractors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), (http://www.sam.gov) to include updated Online Representations and Certifications associated with current SAM record. Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 2:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time (MT), February 10, 2016. Performance location is Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, South Dakota, 57751. The offeror shall be capable of providing a trash compactor and collecting solid waste to include recycled materials at various locations throughout the park per the Statement of Work. It is anticipated that the government will award one Base Period (April 1, 2016 ¿ March 31, 2017) followed by four Option Periods (2017-2021).
