BACKGROUND: Service Maintenance Agreement
The Food and Drug Administration's Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services have a requirement for service maintenance agreement with 1 Base Year and four Optional Years for the following: 

• Ultracentrifuge Model: Sorvall WX90
• Serial Number: P10U 424132-PU 
• The last PM was February 2015 
• Install dates are:
o RC6+ centrifuge 1-December 2007


o RC6+ centrifuge 2-March 2013


o Ultracentrifuge 1-April 2009


o Ultracentrifuge 2-November 2010


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures.
