The 97th Contracting Flight hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Solicitation number FA4419-16-Q-0002 Auxiliary Catholic Priest Services is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 813110 with a size standard of 7,500,000 dollars. Please ensure that the offeror's SAM information is up to date and active. Your SAM information has to be correct to be eligible for award. When submitting quotes please provide your TIN (tax identification number).
Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for:


0001- Auxiliary Catholic Priest Services - Qty: 38 Services (see PWS at Attachment 1)


The applicable Service Contract Act Wage Determination for this service is: WD 05-2525 dated 07/08/2015. This wage determination can be found online at wdol.gov.


The period of performance for this requirement will be from 27 December 2015 through 15 August 2016. This service will occur primarily at the Base Chapel (Bldg 301, Altus AFB, OK)

It is amended to read: Submit signed and dated offer to 97 CONF/LGCA, 308 N. 1st St., Suite 2301, Altus AFB, OK 73523 at or before 1100 (11:00 AM CST), December 17, 2015.
