DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure a Turret Punch Machine for 1 /EACH. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 15-25-1006  including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation.


This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
