The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VA Medical Center 2300, Ramsey St, Fayetteville North Carolina 28301 will be soliciting quotes for residential housing for psychiatric residents. Contractor shall provide six (2) one (1) bedroom apartments with not less than 700 square feet of living space that includes all utilities and is fully furnished. The apartment shall be within 10 miles of the Fayetteville VA Medical Center.



The Government intends to award a firm-fixed contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and specifications of the solicitation. The Period of Performance is January 1, 2016 to December 30, 2016 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government.



The applicable NAICS Code is 531110 with a size standard of $27.5 Million. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM System for Award Management database at http::www.sam/gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at http:://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
