The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, Georgia, intends to issue Solicitation RFQP030716000003 for the requirements of Quarterly KOSHER - Subsistence. This solicitation is Restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 4, 2016 through March 31, 2016. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 Highway 301 S. Jesup, GA 31599. The Contract type is Firm Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal, single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 12, 2015 and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about his solicitation. The date for receipt of quotes is December 3, 2015 4:00 PM EST. Payment will be made by using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-Line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Federal Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. Future phases of SAM will add the capabilities of other systems used in Federal procurement and awards processes. If you had an active record in CCR, you have an active record in SAM. You do not need to do anything in SAM at this time, unless a change in your business circumstances requires updates to your Entity record(s) in order for you to be paid or to receive an award or you need to renew your Entity(s) prior to its expiration. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations on contracts for which they are eligible.
