OPM needs to acquire a vendor to provide a residential state-of-the-art training facility. Such a facility will have the following characteristics: provide wireless, high-speed internet accessible in lodging spaces and meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment to include projection capability, audio amplification, large LCD screen or television, audio visual and classroom support services that are characterized by newer adoption of technology to support meeting management. The facility will also provide overnight lodging accommodations, training spaces that are spacious and light-filled, and food and beverages services for up to 55 Federal/contract personnel in each program. The facility should also have the capacity to provide printing and/or copying services on an occasional basis. Property must be located within 100 miles of Charlottesville, Virginia.
