AMAD P/N 749274R (NSN 2835-01-462-5985) is unique to the B-2 and is organically
repaired at Hill AFB, UT. The AMAD drives the Integrated Drive Generator (IDG) and
two hydraulic pumps to provide aircraft power requirements during engine operations.
Currently, sustainment of the K708 System is not possible due to the lack of source
code which is used for overall operation.
This effort consists of tasks needed to procure the Source Code for the K708 AMAD
Universal Test System. Specifically, the contractor shall provide the complete source
code for the K708 AMAD Universal AMAD Test System. It shall include software and
licenses for the supporting utilities needed to compile the software to the extent
permitted by the licenses. The contractor shall provide instructions on how to obtain the
License Agreements on the utilities they do not have permission to distribute. The
contractor shall also provide instructions on how to recompile the software and shall test
the software installation instructions to ensure they work.
