The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for CLEMENT J. ZABLOCKI VAMC, LOCATED AT 5000 W NATIONAL AVE IN Milwaukee, WI 53295-1000

Please see attached RFQ documentVA69D-16-Q-0094 for requirements. 



Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. 

Quotes are due no later than 13:00 PM CST, 10-26-2015. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent electronically to timothy.rosenwald@va.gov
