The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has an EMERGENCY requirement to procure the pharmaceuticals Flunisolide NDC: 24208-0344-25 for the Mid-South CMOP facility. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation is posted as unrestricted. Multiple awards may be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA770-16-Q-0019 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about October 21, 2015. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor Fedbizopps for changes or amendments. This order will require a delivery date of November 4th, 2015.
